Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. Healing and hope are possible.
I walk alongside individuals and couples seeking healing, clarity, and deeper connection with themselves and others. I understand that life can be difficult—whether the struggle shows up in a challenging marriage, parenting stress, work-life imbalance, anxiety, grief, or navigating complex family-of-origin dynamics.
My approach supports individuals by identifying alternative perspectives and providing hope, education, connection, insight, and solution-focused strategies, always centered on each person’s goals. Self-awareness and attentive listening—learning how to understand ourselves with compassion and how to listen to others without becoming defensive or losing our sense of self. I believe healing often begins when we quiet the harsh self-critical voices, replacing them with a gentler, truer message: It is okay. I am okay. From this place, authenticity and meaningful connection can grow.
I am a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with specializedtraining in trauma recovery, attachment-based therapy, domestic violence, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and story work. I believe we are storied people, created for more thansurvival alone, and that healing happens when our stories are named, understood, andheld with care. My work has been deeply influenced by Dr. Dan Allender, CurtThompson, Gabor Maté, and Sue Johnson.
I hold three certificates in NarrativeFocused Trauma Care from the Allender Center, along with additional training inattachment, anxiety, depression, and relational studies. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are committed togrowth. Together, we identify patterns in relationships and coping strategies that are nolonger helpful, explore what may need to shift, and consider how healing in the presentcan positively impact future generations.
